The quality department is responsible for planning, setting up, evaluating, and maintaining an inspection system which will assure that all procedures, and services are executed to our exact specifications. Our quality control manual is reviewed and updated annually, in order to incorporate new inspection technology. We have invested in a portable CMM arm that allows us to more efficiently inspect dimensions. This tool can also provide 3D part inspections, CAD comparisions, reverse engineer, and generate automatic reports. We are ITAR certified, and our inspection system is in compliance with MIL-I-45208A.
